Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in 1994. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1997. He has extensive knowledge of both the workers compensation system, civil litigation, and the insurance defense industry in general, having gained significant experience working for multiple statewide insurance defense firms. Mr. Sosonkin has successfully represented clients throughout South Florida in both county and circuit court, as well as in front of Judges of Compensation Claims, on matters ranging from workers compensation to medical malpractice to automobile negligence. His years of experience representing insurance companies have provided Mr. Sosonkin with a unique perspective on how insurance companies work that enables him to aggressively and efficiently navigate your workers compensation claim from the filing of an initial Petition for Benefits through Final Merits Hearing.
