Florida Personal Injury & Workmen’ Compensation Attorney

Beth-Helen Wolfe is a highly experienced Personal Injury Attorney at Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A. in Florida. She has worked in the legal field for decades, including time spent as a defense attorney and now as a Workmen’s Compensation Attorney for Rosenberg & Rosenberg. This duality of her practice experience makes Attorney Wolfe a powerful legal representative and litigator for our clients today.

Born in Montreal, Canada, Beth-Helen found her passion for righting wrongs and fighting for peoples’ rights at a young age. She decided to be an attorney to follow those passions and exercise them in a professional setting, so she could make the biggest difference in people’s lives. As an attorney, she is known for truly caring about every single case that is brought to her attention, regardless of its value or challenges. In turn, Attorney Wolfe has accepted—and won—many cases that other law firms initially rejected. Early in her legal career, she had the honor of working for Judge Richard Eade in Broward County, Florida, where she was privileged to work on important Legal Briefs that decided people’s futures, and she never took the severity of that privilege for granted.

Throughout her life, Beth has had a colorful and full education that only further increased her appreciation for the world and the many different types of people who make it amazing. She attended high school and Sir George University in Canada. During that time, she taught kindergarten and worked at a stained-glass boutique making art. She finished her university undergraduate education at Florida Atlantic University with Honors, where she won several book awards. Lastly, while working two jobs to support herself, she graduated from Nova Law School in 1990, and upon taking the Florida Bar, she was admitted.

Beth Wolfe published a book for Broward County Public Defender’s Office, which was provided to all State Attorneys and Judges in the Tri-County area. It focused on mental health and drug rehab facilities in Florida, what they were doing right for their patients, and what needed to be improved. She has also written several appeals and joint appeals, some of which were argued before the Florida Supreme Court.

While growing up in Montreal, Beth-Helen was selected for a Cultural World Fellowship Program and was one of the only 18 Canadians ever chosen for this program with Walt Disney World. As a representative of Canada, she met the President of the United States and former Presidents. The entire experience instilled in her a deepened love for worldly cultures and people.

As an attorney, Beth has the ability to be both a tough negotiator, while exuding empathy for her clients, and has been called by several of her peers, “one of the best negotiators in Florida” and she has an excellent track record attaining the most money possible for her clients. In court she is a hard-hitting litigator who has tried many successful cases to verdict.

When not working on a client’s case, Beth Wolfe often spends time with her husband of 29 years, children, and many pets. She is passionate about animal rescue programs, reading, swimming, and traveling. Beth-Helen also loves to paint, draw, bake, and experiment with nature and animal photography, all hobbies that let her explore her creativity.
