IntroductionD. Robert “Bobby” Wells is a Florida criminal defense, personal injury, and workers’ compensation attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience. Bobby began his career as a trial associate with Albert J. Krieger, P.A., where he served as trial counsel in one of the largest federal cocaine conspiracy cases ever prosecuted. He later worked as a senior litigator for one of South Florida’s leading defense firms, gaining experience in identifying and challenging fraudulent claims.
He served as managing attorney for the Fort Lauderdale office of a national workers’ compensation defense firm and also worked at several claimant-side firms before returning to Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A., which he considers his professional home.
Throughout his career, Bobby has represented clients in cases involving complex criminal charges, contested workers’ compensation claims, and significant personal injury matters.
