Professional Background

Bobby began his career as a trial associate with Albert J. Krieger, P.A., where he served as trial counsel in one of the largest federal cocaine conspiracy cases ever prosecuted. He later worked as a senior litigator for one of South Florida’s leading defense firms, gaining experience in identifying and challenging fraudulent claims.

He served as managing attorney for the Fort Lauderdale office of a national workers’ compensation defense firm and also worked at several claimant-side firms before returning to Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A., which he considers his professional home.

Throughout his career, Bobby has represented clients in cases involving complex criminal charges, contested workers’ compensation claims, and significant personal injury matters. His experience on both the defense and claimant sides provides valuable insight into how opposing counsel approaches a case, allowing him to prepare and present effective legal strategies.
