Mr. Wells gives me peace at night. This last case was handled like a true professional and as masterful as they come. When the corrupt Miami police framed me for drugs. I didn’t have and plastered my name all over the news, Robert helped me keep calm and carry on. He was able to prove that the $5230 in cash that was seized was lawfully mine and had it returned to me. This is the second time, for the prior time he got my $8300 back from the corrupt police. In 2014 I had a very bad accident at work, 3 years later it has been put behind me and settled. If it was not for Mr Andresky of Rosenberg & Rosenberg I do not know what I would have done. He made sure I was paid properly and on time. He fought my corner and made sure that a decision regarding a deduction in my workman’s compensation payment was reversed in my favor. He made sure when I started receiving medical bills that the insurance company took responsibility and paid them. When there was mediation he made sure I understood what was happening and always looked after my best interests. I cannot say what the settlement was but I was very happy. Would I recommend the firm and Mr Andresky? Of course I would.
