IntroductionDavid E. Rosenberg is a managing partner at Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A., and a Florida personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney with more than three decades of experience representing accident victims and injured workers across South Florida. Since 1992, he has dedicated his career to guiding clients through some of life’s most difficult challenges, handling cases involving serious motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall incidents, catastrophic workplace injuries, and wrongful death claims.
As the son of firm founder Abe Rosenberg, David grew up surrounded by a commitment to justice and client advocacy. Working alongside his brother, Paul S. Rosenberg, he has helped lead the firm’s continued growth while maintaining its core mission of protecting the rights of injury victims and workers throughout Florida. The Rosenberg family’s combined legal experience spans more than 50 years, making the firm a trusted resource for clients facing complex injury and workers’ compensation matters.
After graduating from NYU School of Law, David returned to South Florida to focus on representing individuals whose lives had been disrupted by negligence or unsafe conditions. Over the course of his career, he has successfully handled thousands of claims, from initial case evaluation through settlement or trial.
David’s work includes representing clients in cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, severe orthopedic damage, and permanent disabilities. His experience spans high-stakes injury claims, multi-party liability disputes, and cases involving significant insurance challenges. As a managing partner, David also plays a key role in mentoring the firm’s attorneys, developing litigation strategies, and ensuring the firm delivers skilled, client-focused representation in every case.
