Bio

Dennis Card is an experienced advocate with a passion for guiding injured workers and consumers through their legal journeys and toward the compensation they deserve. As an Attorney at Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A., he focuses his practice on matters involving workers’ compensation and consumer law.

Drawn to the practice of law by his penchant for helping people in the fight for justice, Dennis plays an important role in helping clients level the playing field with powerful corporations and insurance carriers that care more about profits than people. Prior to joining our firm, he enjoyed considerable success litigating high-stakes and high-value cases involving labor and employment law, work injuries, and class actions. His record of success includes two separate victories in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the successful representation of more than 1,400 clients in a high-profile class action settlement, and million and multi-million-dollar recoveries.

As a workers’ compensation attorney at Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A., Dennis takes a caring and personalized approach to guiding workers and families through the claim process following all types of work-related injuries and illnesses. Having represented both employers and insurance carriers prior to devoting his practice solely to injured workers for the past 15 years, he’s able to leverage insight into the “other side” to overcome disputes, denials, and delays and effectively position his clients for favorable resolutions. Dennis is also known as a committed advocate and creative thinker who prides himself on working harder than the defense.

Born in Gainesville, Dennis grew up in the Cayman Islands before returning to Florida and graduating from high school in Palm Beach Gardens, where he currently resides today. He is a graduate of Florida State University and the University of Arkansas School of Law. When he’s not advocating for clients, it’s highly likely that he’s on a pickleball court, as he plays at least 5 days a week and regularly in tournaments.
