As a third-generation lawyer, Jared Rosenberg quickly came to appreciate the power of strong legal advocacy in helping individuals and families. A Fort Lauderdale native, he grew up interning at Rosenberg and Rosenberg, where he developed a deep respect for the law and a desire to help others with their legal issues. Jared’s passion for justice, combined with a keen interest in problem-solving and client advocacy, motivated him to pursue a legal career.
Jared began his career in legal defense, giving him insight into how defense firms and insurance companies operate. One of the biggest challenges in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases is dealing with insurance companies that attempt to deny or minimize our clients’ claims. Today, Jared brings his unique background to his role representing injured clients at Rosenberg & Rosenberg, where he combines compassionate guidance with strong advocacy for claimants’ rights.
“A defining moment in my career came as I handled my first major case,” says Jared. “Our client suffered severe injuries on a cruise ship. After reviewing the medical records and seeing the profound impact the injury had on the client, I assisted in negotiating a settlement that allowed the injured party to get a fair and full recovery.”
Jared’s client-focused approach sets him apart. He places a high priority on communication and trust, taking the time to listen to each client’s story to fully understand their needs and goals.
“What I enjoy most about being an attorney is having the opportunity to have a real impact on people’s lives,” he says. “Many clients come to us in the most difficult time of their life, whether they were injured at work or in an accident, and I take great pride in being their advocate and helping them get the care they truly need.”
Jared is also active in the community. He has had the privilege of working with Spectrum, an organization that collaborates with special needs individuals and provides them with a meaningful and inclusive place to work and learn new skills.
In his personal time, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places, which helps him gain and develop new perspectives. He enjoys fitness and stays active by playing basketball, golfing, and fishing. He’s a fan of South Florida’s professional sports teams, including the Miami Heat and Inter Miami. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring all that South Florida has to offer.
