IntroductionPeter N. Andresky is a Fort Lauderdale workers’ compensation lawyer with more than two decades of legal experience representing injured workers throughout South Florida. Since joining Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A. in 2016, Peter has focused his practice on protecting the rights of employees hurt on the job, guiding them through every stage of the Florida workers’ compensation process.
Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in the surrounding area, Peter moved to Florida to attend the University of Miami, where he graduated with honors in Political Science. He later earned his law degree from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society and served as a Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern, representing indigent clients in family law matters.
Peter has devoted nearly his entire legal career to workers’ compensation law, with the majority of that time spent representing injured workers. He has litigated cases in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Port St. Lucie Counties and has successfully prevailed in appellate matters before the First District Court of Appeal.
In addition to workers’ compensation, Peter has represented clients in employment-related claims, including unpaid overtime and wage disputes, wrongful termination, and workplace discrimination cases. His experience in both trial and appellate work gives him the ability to manage cases from initial filing through appeal when necessary, always with the goal of securing the benefits and protections his clients deserve.
