Peter N. Andresky was born in Philadelphia, PA and grew up in the surrounding area before moving to Florida to attend the University of Miami. Peter graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and afterward he attended the Fredric G Levin College of Law at the University of Florida where he obtained his law degree in 1999. While there he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society and represented indigent clients in family law matters as a Supreme Court certified legal intern. Peter has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2000 and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 2006.
For almost the entirety of his career, Peter has been involved in the field of worker’s compensation cases but has spent the majority of his career representing injured workers. He has tried cases in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Port St. Lucie Counties and has prevailed in appellate work before the First District Court of Appeal. Mr. Andresky has also had the opportunity to represent clients in employment-related legal claims including but not limited to matters involving unpaid overtime and wages, wrongful termination, and workplace discrimination. Peter has been with Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A. since joining the firm in July 2016.
Mr. Andresky enjoys spending time with wife and two daughters in their home in Broward County, Florida. As a native Philadelphian, he enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles and the Phillies games as well as attending football games at the University of Miami. Away from the office he enjoys going to the beach, reading, bike riding and walking his dog.
