Florida Criminal, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation Counsel

Attorney D. Robert, “Bobby,” Wells, has always wanted to effect change in the legal industry. It was his desire for change that initially drew Attorney Wells away from his previous path as an art student towards more legal pursuits. Now a well-respected legal advocate, Attorney Wells specializes in criminal defense and workers’ compensation cases where he uses his ample skill and experience to help clients secure positive outcomes in stressful situations.

Bobby Wells was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida. He earned a degree in Art and Broadcasting from the University of Miami School of Communications before going on to obtain his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law.

After law school, Attorney Wells worked as a trial associate for Albert J. Krieger, P.A. where he participated as trial counsel in one of the largest federal cocaine conspiracy cases ever prosecuted. Thereafter, Attorney Wells was hired as a senior litigator at one of South Florida’s leading defense law firms, where he developed a skill for identifying and demolishing fraudulent claims. Attorney Wells served as a managing attorney for the Fort Lauderdale Offices at a national workers’ compensation defense firm. He also worked as a senior litigator at several claimant’s firms, as well as, at our own firm that he considers his “home.”

Ever since he started practicing law, Attorney Wells has been motivated to help his clients obtain favorable results in and out of the courtroom, no matter how high the cards are stacked against them. He is an aggressive attorney who doesn’t take no for an answer when his clients’ freedoms and rights are on the line. When you work with Attorney Wells, you can expect to receive honest, reliable legal advice intended to help you secure the best possible outcome for your case. With more than 26 years of legal experience under his belt, Attorney Wells knows what it takes to win, either through litigation or other legal means.

Attorney Wells has more than three decades of experience at his back, and he has handled cases from every angle, which gives him an edge over many of his peers. In the past, Attorney Wells has advocated for employers and carriers alike, along with uninsured employers, injured workers, and more. He approaches each and every case with a simple expectation: to prevail. By setting his standards high, Attorney Wells commits to achieving a successful outcome whenever possible.

Not only is Attorney Wells a well-practiced lawyer, he also remains active in his community. He founded the local chapter of Bikers’ Against Child Abuse, or BACA, in 2013, and served as their President. He also serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Miami School of Law for the Litigation Skills Program.
